Und zwar soll ich über einen jungen aus meiner Klasse eine Charakterisierung schreiben auf Englisch, das Problem ist das ich ihn gar nicht kenne, das einzige wozu ich was sagen kann ist sein aussehen und das es fussball mag und sein Verhalten in der klasse, ich glaube das Verhalten lass ich weg, weil er mich und andere Mädchen aus meiner Klasse mit einem Fußball geworfen hat und sich nicht einmal entschuldigt und so tun als wäre nichts gewesen, ist die Wahrheit, aber ich glaube dass das nicht so nett wäre wenn ich sowas über ihn schreibe. Was sollte ich am besten machen? Ich bin mir halt unsicher ob das vllt. Zu wenig ist, aber sogar sein Alter weiß ich nicht mal, also was sollte ich denn sonst sagen?

Ich bin mir irgendwie nicht sicher…

Hi, wir sollten unsere Klassenarbeit berichtigen, und die Berichtigung steht immer da, aber warum ist in folgenden Fällen meine Lösung falsch?

Der Lehrer meinte, anstelle von prove sollte hier show hin.

Weiter steht dann

Der Lehrer meinte, anstelle von self-reflected soll hier "is able to self reflect better" hin, warum?

Dann kommt folgender FEhler: "He thinks about what he's done false in the past."

Der Lehrer meinte, hier solle "wrong in the past" hin, wieso?

Dann steht: "In retrospect, he sees that he advanced." Der Lehrer meinte, hier müsse "has developed" hin, wieso?

Ich muss eine Charakterisierung schreiben aber ich verstehe jetzt nicht was alles da rein muss, meine lehrerin hat die structuren genannt : 1. introduction 2. main part 3.conclusion

muss ich erst den text beschreiben und dann die Charaktere charakterisieren? und am ende ein fazit schreiben??

Ist diese Summary gut geschrieben und in Simple tense? Kann einer für mich das einmal gucken? Wäre super nett.

Many people argue whether or not the British monarchy should be abolished.

In the following, I present arguments for and against a monarchy so that you can form your own pinion.

On the one hand, the British monarchy should be abolished because a monarch only rules but has no real political power or function. this means that a queen or king is unnecessary and unimportant to the state.

Also, the UK is not a democracy, as is claimed, because in a democracy people can elect the head of state, but since the royal family is still alive, they will continue to be the head of state.

This is very unfair and unequal to the rest of the population.

Also, people can never be 100% sure if the next monarch is good for the state and does not have bad intentions.

This could make people very worried.

Another important aspect is that the royal family spends a lot of money on the palace when they could use the money for more important things.

On the other hand, the British monarchy should not be abolished, because a monarch is very important even if he or she has no real political power.  

His or her importance is reflected in national stability.

Since a monarch embodies the British history, values and tradition, this leads to stronger national identification, which brings people closer together so that there is national stability.

In addition, members of the royal family are very important to charities, because since the royal family has a good image and is important, charities can be heard better, so they continue with their charities.

Some people may think that a monarch spends a lot of money, but that doesn't mean a president doesn't.

There are also many presidents with many offices, even more than the British monarch.

The fact that the royal family has always been at the head of the state means that people trust it because they know its good intentions.

This means that the monarchy is in safe hands, so to speak.

Another important point is that the royal family has shown that it can modernize and adapt to the times.  

This is very important because many people claim that they are unmodern and have different thoughts than today.

But the Queen, for example, has allowed her son Charles to marry a divorced woman, whereas in the past this was a very dangerous issue. 

that means she was able to “modernise”. 

Weighing the pros and cons of the British monarchy, one can say that it should not be abolished because the British monarchy has been very successful, mainly because it has adapted to the times and modernized.

Hallo Leute meine englisch Aufgabe ist es eine summary zuschreiben. Wisst ihr vielleicht ob das richtig ist?

The text which is Called „amahle‘s story“ is about a Girl who talks about her experience with apartheid.

Amahles tells the reader at the beginning that her father is dead. Her dad was killed during a protest. She tells that she has to leave school and support her family finanziell , by working in a white Families house. She explains , that she did not like her job at all and that she wants to do something else. Her actual plan was, to visit a university. 

She quit her old job and now she works in a small Restaurant in South Africa. An old man sits at the table and amahle knows his face from tv she thinks that it’s the police officer who killed her dad, so she Blames him for killing her dead. After two hours she notice that the man still sits there so they start Talking for a Long time at the and it turns out that the old man wants to feel equal so he apologize and both of them felt relief.

ich mache gerade meine Englisch Hausaufgaben (momentan geht es um summaries) und Frage mich weshalb man denn den simple present beim Schreiben eines summarys verwenden muss...liegt es vielleicht daran, dass damit gezeigt werden soll, dass es sich nicht um den original Text handelt? Gibt es noch andere Gründe?

Hey, ich schreibe morgen eine Englischarbeit, in der ich unteranderem eine Summery und Analyse * IN EINEM* schreiben soll.

aber ich habe keine Ahnung, wie ich das anstellen soll.

ich weiß bereits, wie man beides getrennt schreibt. Aber wir sollen eine summary schreiben und dann Übergang zur Analyse.

Hat vielleicht jmd aus seiner Schulzeit eine Musterlösung davon, damit ich mir das iwie besser vorstellen kann?

Wir müssen in der Englischarbeit eine Summary schreiben. Wahrscheinlich von einer Rede. Eigentlich verwendet man in Summarys ja Simple Present. Da ich aber Worte eines anderen wiedergebe, muss ich ja Backshift machen, also eine Zeit zurücksetzen.

Bsp: I am nice. He says, he was nice.

Darf man bzw. muss man das in einer Summary?

Brauche dies für die Schule. Bin in Englisch aber nicht so gut und brauche daher einen kurzen Summary über diesen Text. Wäre gut wenn Ihr mir helfen könntet....
