The book excerp The Meeting from the novel Go Well, Stay Well is written by Toeckey Jones in 1979 deals with the topic of racism, contempt and skepticism towards the dark in the past it is told about a girl who is injured. Her dark-skinned girl helps her. At first she is suspicious of the girl and only because of her skin color.

Candy was a white girl one day went for a walk, twisted her ankle. A black girl helped her, Candy thought she wanted to steal from her and would rather have a white person help her. When they laughed together they were looked at strangely. They then went to the park where the dark-skinned helped her to sit on the grass. when the dark-skinned woman had the chance to steal from her while Candy dropped the bag she didn't, she worried about Candy( her ankle). Candy started to like her and they "befriends". They wanted to go and drink something together, but the dark-skinned woman was not allowed to go into any coffee bar because she was black. They talked. Candy called her father to pick her up. The father picked up Candy, didn't really pay attention to the dark-skinned girl and then he wanted to pay her for being so nice to his daughter. The dark-skinned woman refused the money.

Hello,

So as we are working on a joint project on unequal distribution of income, I have come upon on an interesting article in the "Stern" magazine. The author Walter Wüllenberg states his profound opinion about the class mobility in Germany and how this has changed in the last years. In the following I will point out the main arguments and their argumentation.

Firstly, the author states, that the German inequality of class is not comparable to the American Class inequality, as the German discussion about class was about the under class and their immobility, whereas the US discussion about class was always accomplished by the prolific idea of the American Dream. This shows in the social spendings of Germany too, spending more than half of the income of the estate, incomparable to the US with only a fifth of theirs.

Henceforth, the author states that the class inequality in Germany much rather shows in the not existing middle class than in the poor estate of the under class. While economy has grown hugely in the last decades, the wages have nearly stagnated, showing that economies growth could not bared by society as a whole but only by the rich. Thus, the rich have gotten immensely richer, owning most of the capital of the country, and the rest just held their class. Yet the divide between the classes has grown and their nearly is no in between. This is worth the criticism because the growth of the economy is due to the work of the society as a whole, yet only few bear the fruits of the hard work, being quite unfair.

I hope that this has helped you and that it may have provoked some thoughts considering inequality. I would like to hear from you.

Englisch text?

Hallo, könnt ihr mir bitte den Text korrigieren?

Meet Angelina, a wonderful and spirited girl in our class. Angelia is 13 years old and her birthday is in September. Summer is her favourite season, because her birthday is in summer and she loves the warm weather with the sunshine. she loves swimming in the swimming-pool with her friends and her brothers and sisters.

One fact about her is that she makes everybody laughing, even if when the person doesn’t want to laugh. She is very kind, creative and helpful. And she loves animals so much. She is a very big animal lover. That’s one reason why she has 3 dogs and 5 rabbits. She also has been riding horses for a long time.

Her hobbys are very cool! She is in love with playing soccer and she is very good. Angelia is in the goal and is holding the balls. Her favourite club is FC Bayern, where also playing Thomas Müller and Jamal Musiala her favourite players.

But she also loves drawing what she is doing since the kindergarten. She likes to draw with the colours red and blue, because they are her favourite colours.

Sport and german are her favourite subjects in the school. But she doesn’t like english, except the topics about the american history. though she prefers english music more than german music. Her favourite ice cream is cinement and chocolate and her favourite food is sushi, which she could eat every day for lunch.

Von 1-10, wie gut ist er für einen Text aus der 8 Klasse? Danked🙏🙏

Englisch Argument gut?

Wie findet ihr meine Argumentation. Ich freue mich über eine Bewertung.

Aufgabe: Never mary someone your parents didn't approve of. Do you agree?

Living a life with full of love is maybe one of the most important things in life. Especially then, when you find your biggest love, the person with whom you want to spend the rest of your life. But in many cultures this doesn't work like that. For example in India, the parents get to decide who their child will marry. By that the question arises, if parents should approve a marriage.

Firstly, a marriage doesn't just happen. If two people want to engage, they think about it. That's also the reason that some couples break up with each other. They realize that love doesn't mean mean the same for them, e.g. they think differently about love. Just like parents do. They come from a different timeline. Oftenly they're 20 to 30 years older than their child which leads to the matter of fact that their mindset is completely different, than their childs. By asking the parents for approve, you will not get a correct answer because you're the only one who knows, what's the best for you and who fits you the most.

Secondly, as time goes on we get older. By that we have to take responsibility for our choices. In order to do that, we have to choose between things and decide. Marriage is such a choice. If somebody can't decide, wether he/she wants to marry its partner or not, then he has to rethink his/her love life, but asking the parents (or others) is immature because you do not take responsibility. If can't decide, then I'm not ready for marriage.

To sum up, asking the parents for approval is wrong. It's only you who can make the right decision, who can decide, what's important for him/her and what's not and if she/he is really the right one.
