Hi,

wir kennen es alle. Man spricht Englisch & hat trotzdem Probleme das TH richtig auszusprechen.

Ich frage mich, wie man es so ausspricht wie ein native. Ich habe alles probiert. Lispeln, etc. und man hört es trotzdem noch raus :(

Was bedeutet das auf deutsch und wann sagt man das?

Ich bin Anfang 50 und mein Englisch ist stark verbesserungswürdig, Lesen klappt recht gut, aber freies Sprechen ist eine mittlere Katastrophe, Mir fallen die Worte und Sätze nicht ein. Wenn ich die üblichen Lerntools benutze, sehen die Ergebnisse immer recht gut aus. Geht es in die Praxis, klemmt es wieder.

Wie kann ich diesen Knoten lösen und fast fliessend englisch sprechen?

ich schreibe morgen eine Arbeit und muss eine Summary schreiben, meine Frage ist, wie ich den Einleitungssatz schreiben könnte. Ich habe hier eine Vorlage, ich verstehe sie aber nicht ganz. Dort drin steht, „the extract…taken from the novel…was written by…“

und habt ihr ein Text den ich zum Üben nutzen könnte?

Habe in einem Buch gelesen, dass es anstelle von ,,but“ also in dem Fall ,,doch“ benutzt wurde.

statt ,,but the people who live there call themselves Americans”

benutzt man das also auch so oder heißt es übersetzt was anderes?

Welche Option ist effektiver, um mein Englisch zu verbessern: Privatunterricht mit einem Lehrer im Ausland oder Gruppenunterricht mit anderen ausländischen Studenten? Ich möchte meine Englischkenntnisse wirklich verbessern und frage mich, welche Unterrichtsmethode die besten Ergebnisse liefern könnte.

Meine englische Aussprache ist echt nicht gut :( hab bald aber mündliche Abschlussprüfung hat jemand Tipps ?

Muss öfters I think sagen oder with es hört sich irgendwie immer falsch an

als beispielsatz: I'd like some/any sausage.

weil wir haben gelernt some benutzt man nur in der mehrzahl und any bei verneinten und in den meisten fragen

Oder merkt man sofort, dass eine Maschine das übersetzt hat? Ich kann zwar ein wenig Englisch, aber zu wenig, als dass ich den Originaltext aus dem Deutschen in richtig gutes Englisch übersetzen könnte. Die Übersetzung stammt also nicht von mir, sondern von einer KI. Merkt man das?

kann mir jemand erklären, wann man im englisch bei den relativ pronomen auch that brauchen kann und wann nicht?

the people who/that came. (hier geht ja beides oder?)

und bei where kann man nicht mit that ersetzen.

aber kann ich jetzt bei jedem satz wo ich z.b. which schreiben will auch that benutzen oder gibt es ausnahmen?

Könnte mir jemand "relativ clauses" erklären?

Weil ich habe bald meine Englisch Schularbeit und daher wollte ich nochmal von jemanden diese Thema erklärt bekommen.

Hallo, ich schreibe morgen eine Arbeit über „defining and non defining relative clauses” und ich verstehe echt nicht wie das funktioniert.. Bei manchen Sätzen denke ich mir dass das doch eine wichtige Information ist, aber wenn ich dann gucke wird es doch als unwichtig empfunden und man kann den Satz auch weglassen.

Kann mir jemand helfen und kennt eine Regel oder Regelmäßigkeit ? Würde mir meine Note retten 😅

Heeeey, ich schriebe morgen ein Englischarbeit und wir sollen dann über einen Film einen Essay schreiben, ich habe heute mal geübt über den Film ,,die Eiskönigin" und och wollte mal nachfragen, ob das so okay ist, also ist das gut so?

THE FROZEN SUMMER

The Film “Frozen” is an animated Disney Film released in 2013. The story revolves around sisters Elsa and Anna and Elsa was born with magical ice powers. She runs away and Anna wants to find her. The film is a very good film for the whole family because it has a lot of emotions and it wouldn’t be boring.

The Film is about two sisters Anna and Elsa and Elsa was born with magical powers, but she cant control them. So she runs away to the mountains to live alone, because she turns Arendell to an very long winter. Anna go together with Olaf the Snowman, Kristoff and his reindeer Sven to bring back the Summer. Bacause of Elsa Annas hair turns white and Sven brings her back to the castel to Prince Hans, because only true love can save her life. Olaf cames and do a fire, but Anna leave the castel to seek Kristoff. At the same Time Hans wanted to kill Elsa,because he want the castle for himself. But then Anna turns Into Ice and Elsa was very sad, so she hugs her sister Anna and then Anna returns to normal and Elsa can Controll her ice Powers.

My favourite Character is Olaf the Snowman. I like him because he’s a bit funny and he tells jokes at a difficult Situation. And I like him because he’s friendly and ready to help.

My favourite Scene is the Scene with Olaf and Anna next to the Fire. The Scene when Olaf was very happy because he saw Kristoff and Sven coming back to the Castle. I like it, because Olaf try to help Anna and he say she has to stay next to the fire to keep warm. And I like it, because Olaf is very happy when he saw Kristoff and Sven come back to the Castle.

My favourite Quote is ‘‘some People are worth melting for‘‘ from Olaf. I like it, because it‘s from Olaf and it shows that you like someone very much, if you would do this for someone. So it shows that you are ready to do something like that for someone.

The first lesson you can learn from the film is, that you shouldn’t trust anyone you’ve only know for one day, because it can be very dangerouse and you really don’t know the person very well. The second lesson is, you don’t have to give up, when you try something. When you really want to do something, then you dont have to give up very early.

The Film Frozen is a very good disney film for everyonen. It is very adenturous and also a bit sad. The film is definitely a film you should watch.

Könnte ich das in der Englischarbeit ungefähr auch so machen?

Folgender Satz:

Wenn das Kind lügt, dann braucht es mehr Verständnis. = If the child is lying, then it needs more understanding.

Stimmt denn "it"? "It" ist doch normalerweise sächlich. Oder sollte es heißen "he"? Aber was ist dann, wenn das Kind ein Mädchen ist?

Ihr kennt ja bestimmt alle Lehrer Schmidt. Für alle die ihn nicht kennen, er erklärt alle Mathethemen 1a. Wirklich ein guter Lehrer. Durch ihn habe ich alle Themen verstanden. Naja, jetzt habe ich Probleme in Englisch und ich wollte fragen, ob es auf Youtube jemanden gibt, der Englisch so gut erklärt, dass man es versteht.

Ich schreibe das kommende englisch Abitur in NRW 2024.

Die Frage ist ganz banal aber die Kenner werden es verstehen: Was soll man dazu großartig lernen? Nicht nur in englisch, auch Beispielsweise in deutsch.

Ich meine der Aufbau ist ja immer gleich. Du bekommst ein text. Aufgabe 1: summary.

Aufgabe 2: Analysis

Aufgabe 3: creative task ( fortsetzen oder sowas)

Worauf soll man sich da groß vorbereiten?
