Nein, da sind ein Haufen Fehler drin.
Korrigierte Version wäre:

I lost my golden Ice Cube ring with a diamond in the past few days at the [location] because it had become too big for my finger and fell off.

This ring is fully set with diamonds, made of yellow gold, and is the smallest size available from Chopard. (I will add a picture where you can see it in full with all possible information.)
