Hey, ich bin mir bei der Englischen Grammatik im folgen Satz nicht sicher, kann mir jemand evtl. sagen ob das so korrekt ist oder es „in these moments“ heißt ?

We don‘t remember days, but we remember moments and the feelings at these moments

Außerdem würdet ihr den Satz anders bauen, da zwei mal „moments“ drin vorkommt oder findet ihr den passend?

Ich bin 23 Jahre alt, ich kann nicht wirklich gut Englisch. Ich war wegen Mathematik für eine lange Zeit in einer Sonderschule, ist auch viel schief gelaufen. Aber eben nur wegen dem, hatte deswegen kein Englisch. Aber ich habe mich hochgearbeitet. Habe sogar eine Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger gemacht, zudem auch den Hauptschulabschluss. Ich hatte zwar etwas Englisch. Ich kann das nötigste, so dass ich sagen kann, was ich möchte. War auch schon in New York und London. Ich hatte bemerkt, wenn ich da bin geht es mit jedem Tag besser. Zwar hatte ich mit Babble angefangen, aber dass reicht mir nicht. Bei meiner Oma, die Lehrerin war, hatte ich auch etwas Englisch. Oftmals ging es wegen den Arbeitszeiten nicht und jetzt ist sie umgezogen. Ich habe gar kein Gefühl wie es ist, eine Fremdsprache richtig zu beherrschen.

Wenn wir eine Antwort als Bestätigung für eine Frage über eine schlechte Sache brauchen dann verwenden wir das Form in dem 2 Satz:

1.You're coming out of a restaurant where you have just had a really tasteless meal with a friend...

That was a tactless meal, wasn't it ?

Aber wenn wir eine Antwort für eine Bitte brauchen dann verwenden wir das Form vierten Satz

4.You need a neighbour to water your plants while you're away.

You couldn't Water my plants while I am away, could you?

Habe ich Recht oder gibt es dafür eine Regelung?

oder würde auch: ,,People are called Hispanics or Latinos who are from Latin America..“

I went to Disneyland there and it was so much fun. I also saw the Golden Gate Bridge with its fantastic view. I even saw real Native Americans on their reservations! They looked very friendly at me but I am also sorry for them that they have to live outside. I am very happy that I‘ve immigrated to the US. After exploring California, I went to New York where I have been living now since Wednesday. It‘s so cool here because when I came to New York, it was already late in the evening and because of the darkness, I went to Times Square since it is known for its bright lights. I went to a restaurant there where I ate the popular pizza slices and they tasted very delicious. After I had eaten, I was exploring Times Square while it was pretty dark and because of the bright lights of the advertisements, it was so gorgeous and I felt like it would be my home town so that I‘ve decided to stay here in New York forever. I live in an apartment in New York with my new friends as long as I don‘t have enough money to buy my own house. I work in the Empire State Building where I work as an official and I really like living here!“

also spricht ihr englisch?

in den Lösungen steht ,,She was golfing in southern France a few weeks ago“. Wieso? Ich würde eher sagen Simple Past, weil es bereits abgeschlossen ist

,,I had missed the bus, so I came by car.“

oder

,,I missed the bus, so I came by car“?

Ich würde eher sagen Past Perfect, oder? Es ist ja davor passiert.

,,Where had you been when your teacher got killed“? Warum soll da das Past Perfect hin, wenn es sich um Gleichzeitigkeit handelt?

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen ,,I will never fly again“ und ,,I am never going to fly again“?

Hallo zusammen! Ich schreibe eine Facharbeit in der Q1 an einem Gmynasium, Fach Deutsch. Mein Thema: ,,Sprachwandel oder -verfall? Wie die Englische Sprache die Deutsche beeinflusst mit besonderer Rücksicht auf Social Media“

Dazu bräuchte ich ein paar gute Quellen. Ich habe schon viel recherchiert und auch schon 1/2 Sachen gefunden, aber sicherlich kennt ihr noch mehr. Ist mir auch egal ob Buch oder Artikel oder was immer.

Über jegliche Hilfe wäre ich sehr glücklich! Danke!

Ich bekomme WhatsApp Nachrichten eines angeblichen Mobilvertrag‘s aus Deutschland von jemandem, der mir Nachrichten aus angeblich USA schickt und WhatsApp automatisch die englische Sprache auf Deutsch übersetzt. Jetzt macht mich dies‘ stutzig, denn im Englischen gibt es ja nur „you“… also müsste ich doch in den Mitteilungen mit DU angesprochen werden. Einige Sätze sind mit DU und danach folgen auch Sätze mit „Sie“ so dass ich denke, es ist aus einer anderen Sprache als der englischen Übersetzung.
Kann mir jemand helfen und kennt sich aus? Über eine Antwort freue ich mich!
