Nein das ist falsch. Insbesondere im naturwissenschaftlichen Unterricht MUSS ausschließlich die Evolutionstheorie behandelt werden.

In 1968, the  US Supreme Court ruled on  Epperson v. Arkansas, another challenge to these laws, and the court ruled that allowing the teaching of  creation, while disallowing the teaching of evolution, advanced a religion, and therefore violated the  Establishment Clause of the  US Constitution. Creationists then starting lobbying to have laws passed that required teachers to  Teach the Controversy, but this was also struck down by the Supreme Court in 1987 in  Edwards v. Aguillard. Creationists then moved to frame the issue as one of  intelligent design but this too was ruled against in a  District Court in  Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District in 2005.

Lediglich in anderen Fächern dürfen andere Weltanschauungen (die keine wissenschaftlichen Theorien sind) betrachtet werden.

Es gibt zumindest Forderungen, den Kreationismus gleichberechtigt zur Evolutionstheorie an Schuken zu lehren.

Ob es Schulen gibt, die das auch tatsächlich tun, weiß ich nicht. Vorstellbar ist das aber schon.

Damit lässt sich aber gut umgehen: In den Naturwissenschaften wird auch ein sehr mechanistisches, Ursache/Wirkung-Naturbild parallel zu einem eher unbestimmten, zufälligen Weltbild inkl. freiem Willen gelehrt.

Nein, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen an ganz besonders radikal konservativen Schulen.

Es wird aber mancherorts darüber geredet und diskutiert, die Evolutionstheorie mit dem Kreationismus gleichzustellen und beides zu lehren - was ja auch schon schlimm genug ist.
