Usa Visum dauer?
Hallo Zusammen
Im kommenden April wollen wir zu 3 nach Kalifornien Urlaub machen. Als Schweizer Bürger sollte das mit dem Visum/Esta kein Problem sein. Jedoch hat jemand von uns einen Albanischen Pass. Wisst ihr wie lange es dauert bis man ein Visum bekommt, bzw reicht die Zeit bis anfangs April ein Visum zu bekommen? Weiss da jemand bescheid oder kann sonstige Tipps geben?

ESTA ist kein Visum. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/
Jedoch hat jemand von uns einen Albanischen Pass. Wisst ihr wie lange es dauert bis man ein Visum bekommt, bzw reicht die Zeit bis anfangs April ein Visum zu bekommen?
Bern gibt für das B -1/2 Visum 29 Tage an. Er soll den Prozess also bald starten. Dann klappt das bis April.

Weiss da jemand bescheid oder kann sonstige Tipps geben?
Die Rückkehrwilligkeit muss er nachweisen. Also Studienbescheinigung, Arbeitsvertrag, Mietvertrag, etc kopieren, damit er da gut aufgestellt ist.
Wo wurde denn behauptet, das Esta ein Visum ist, hä?
