THC in der Synapse?

Hallo, ich mache eine Arbeit über die Wirkung von THC in der Synapse. Allerdings habe ich große Zweifel daran, zu verstehen, wie es tatsächlich funktioniert. Als ich bei Google suchte, sah ich, dass es auf das Endocannabinoid-System, auf CB1-Rezeptoren, wirkt, aber ich war mir nicht sicher, auf welche Art von Synapse es wirkt: GABA oder Glutamat? Oder beides? Es wäre toll, wenn mir jemand antworten könnte, danke.
