Ich finde das wort nicht in einer deutschen übersetzung...
... wir haben in englisch einen text gelesen, und die Überschrift lautete "globalisation blues".
Was bedeutet das "blues" in diesem Zusammenhang??

Der "Text" ist ein Song von Ray Korona.
"Blues" ist ein Song mit traurigem Inhalt. Streng genommen ist es aber nur ein solcher Song, der einem bestimmten Aufbau - auch musikalisch - folgt.
"blue" bedetuet neben "blau" auch "traurig". "Blues" kann man nicht übersetzen. Also:
Globalisierungs-Blues.
Die (Kater-)Stimmung, die vorherrscht, wenn man nun die Schattenseiten einer Sache sieht, von der man sich (mehr) Positives versprochen hatte.

"Den Blues haben" bedeutet umgangssprachlich "niedergeschlagen / traurig / deprimiert / missgestimmt sein". Also kann man "globlisation blues" sinngemäß mit "Missstimmung / Niedergeschlagenheit in Bezug auf die Globalisierung" übersetzung. Je nach Zusammenhang triff es vielleicht auch "Resignation, Verzweiflung, Ratlosigkeit" in Sachen Globalisierung.
