Ein Mitglied der Feto also Fethullah Gülen Terror Organisation meinte, dass man im Islam lügen darf.

Die Meinung eines Moslems, der auch Töten okay findet, hat natürlich großes Gewicht...
Im Normalfall darf ein Muslim nicht lügen. Es gibt aber Ausnahmen. Was im Koran dazu steht, kannst du hier nachlesen:

Zudem legitimierte Mohammed das Lügen, um Gegner zu eliminieren. Beispiel:

Warum fehlt im Koran eigentlich der Name Gottes, den er bereits Jahrhunderte zuvor den Menschen in der Thora bekanntgegeben hat? Er steht übrigens in vielen anderen heiligen Schriften Gottes ebenfalls.
Dort wo man es finden möchte wenn man unbedingt will.
Natürlich darf man das nicht. In keiner Religion darf man lügen. Der Koran erlaubt sowas nicht. Was manche Muslime aber tun, ist nicht gleich das, was der Islam gestattet.
