Also was antwortet man auf „you good?“ einfach nur yes, and you? Oder was anderes? lol

Jup, deine Version wäre eine gute Möglichkeit. Wenn’s halt nicht so ist, entsprechend mit „No“ antworten oder Alternativen wie „Not that good“, „Brilliant“ o. Ä.

Statt der Nachfrage „And you?“ ginge z. B. auch „And what about you? / And how are you?“.
