Wann benutzt man c'est qui und wann ce sont qui?

Wäre wirklich nett, weil es im Buch nichts gut erklärt ist.

Ob c'est qui/ce sont qui als Frage oder als Hervorhebung (c'est lui qui a... /ce sont eux qui ont...), es geht hier um Singular und Plural.

Allerdings soll darauf hingewiesen werden, dass Singular c'est qui umgangspsrachlich/kolloquial oft auch für Plural verwendet werden:

C'est qui ces types qui font du bruit dans la rue à une heure pareille?

Ce sont qui? > Ce sont Marc et Pierre. (Wer sind das?)
