Passt drauf, da PCIe auf- und abwärts kompatibel ist.
Die Graka hat eine 3.0 Schnittstelle und das Mainboard einen 2.0 Anschluss.

Aber wenn die die Graka 3.0 bietet und das Mainboard aber nur 2.0 hat . Heißt das dann nicht volle Leistung der Graka ?

Ja, das passt. PCIe 2.0 ist mit PCIe 3.0 kompatibel, also wird es keine Probleme geben.
