FaceIt Cs2 Verbindungsproblem?

Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem, dass ich mich nicht mit dem Server von Faceit verbinden kann und jedesmal kommt irgendwas mit NetChane und Loopback. Kann mir jemand helfen und brauch noch mehr Info?
