Chemische Stoffe identifizieren?
Ich habe hier eine Aufgabe in Chemie, wo man die Proben 1 bis 5 einem Stoff zuordnen muss. Zur "Auswahl" stehen:
- Methansäure
- 2-Methyl-propansäure
- Butanal
- Propan-1-ol
- 3-Methyl-butan-2-ol
Irgendwie komme ich da nicht wirklich dahinter. Zum Beispiel die Fehlingprobe weist ja Aldehydgruppen nach, aber ich habe nur ein Aldehyd (Butanal) und Probe 2 & 5 wurden beide positiv mit der Fehlingprobe getestet. Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen wie ich diese Stoffe zuordnen kann?
Keine Sorge, das ist keine Hausaufgabe sondern eine alte Klausur zum Üben.

Bromthymolblau:
- gelb: sauer
- grün: neutral
=> 2 & 4 sind Methansäure oder 2-Methyl-propansäure
Fehling-Probe:
- positiv: Reduktionsmittel (z.B. Aldehyde)
=> 5 (positiv + ph neutral) ist Butanal
=> 2 (positiv + ph sauer) ist Methansäure
Schau dir das Molekül mal an. Es ist zwar eine Carbonsäure, aber im Prinzip hat es auch eine Aldehyd-Gruppe (-CHO).
=> für 4 beibt demnach die 2-Methyl-propansäure
- primärer Alkohol -> Aldehyd (-> Carbonsäure)
- sekundärer Alkohol -> Keton
=> 3 (Oxidationsprodukt, Fehling positiv) ist Propan-1-ol (prim. Alkohol)
=> 1 (Oxidationsprodukt, Fehling negativ) ist 3-Methyl-butan-2-ol (sek. Alkohol)
Metansäure hat die Formel HCOOH und hat positive Felingprobe, weil, man kann sagen, Aldehydgruppe hat.
