Hallo,

schon die deutsche Frage ist suboptimal.

Alternativen für die - um es einmal vorsichtig zu formulieren - nicht weniger suboptimale englische Frage, hast du ja schon erhalten. Deshalb hier von mir nur Vorschläge für die deutsche Frage:

Würde ich nicht schreiben. Für mich hat "populous" mit "people" zu tun. Ich hätte auch mit "which" gefragt.

Point taken that "populous" isn't the go-to word, but it has that meaning, m.E.

Zwischen "which" und "what" empfinde ich keinen großen Unterschied.

Yesterday we have visit the Ayers Rock, which is also fallen Uluru. The Uluru is a really sacred place for the Aboriginies, therefore you have to show respect. The Ayers Rock is in the middle of nowhere, so it's really difficult to arrive to the Ayers Rock. Fortunately, there are a Pool in our hotel, because it's very hot ans dry. Today we want to go to the kargest coral reef in the world, which is called Great Barrier Reef. Do you know that you can see the Great Barrier Reef from space with the naked eye?It's really beautiful, the Blue water, the blue sky and the 2.000 species of animals. Another highlight in Australia is Sydney. Sydney, which is the biggest city in Australia, isn't the capital, because the capital is Canberra. I think The Most interesting sight is the Opera House, which is surrounded by water on three sides. So, Australia is a really wonderful country and i want you to go to Australia.

Ireland,is an island surround of the Atlantic Ocean. Its capital is Dublin.Ireland is divided into two parts , the bigger one, the Republic of Ireland and the other one Norhern Ireland which belongs to the United Kingdom. Ireland also will be called "the Esmerald Isle" by tourists because there are so many green spaces. People love the idyllically hilly countryside which offers national parcs, lots of animals like sheep and beautiful beaches and lakes. Tourists can also discover the unique countryside by bike or on foot, but it's useful to take along an umbrella because it is often raining. People call Ireland either "Celtic Tiger" because its economy is booming. I believe, most inhabitants speak English than main language , I think ,irish will be only spoken by a minority. On top of that I think there are more catholics than protestants there. Above all Ireland is famous for its music and dances, typical instruments are the fiddle, the flute and the harp. Hallo ! Ich schreiben nächste Woche eine Englisch Arbeit zum Thema Genetically Modified Food. Ich wollte mich drauf vorbereiten und habe deshalb schon einen kurzen Comment geschrieben. Könnt ihr mir helfen und nachschauen ob das so ok ist. Danke im Voraus!

In the following text I am going to write about the topic: “GM food” GM food is produced from plants or animals whose genes have been changed by scientists. A loophole in the law allowed supermarkets to sell genetically modified food. Should it be banned? And should mankind manipulate the gene?

In my opinion the GM food should be banned. The problem is that many people didn't know that the most food in supermarkets are genetically modified. I believe if they knew what they eat, then many people wouldn´t buy the GM food. The food is unpopular among consumers.

On the one hand, the GM food is much cheaper than nature food. On the other hand the food is unhealthy. The GM animals die much earlier than normal animals and they suffer too. There is no doubt about it that the GM food is unhealthy.

In addition, the mankind didn’t know which consequences at manipulate of gene there can be. Maybe it can trigger allergies or a disease. If this happens, we might not have effective antibiotic drugs to fight back.

Hence I believe that the GM Food is not only harmful for us but also for the animals. That is why I think that GM food should be banned. Mankind shouldn’t change anything what worked of thousands years.

His important, exhausting and painful job to transmit Jonas all the memories of the past is the reason why the Giver looks older than he is, his job ages him. Ten years ago the Giver taught her own daughter Rosemary, which he loves. Rosemary wanted to be released because of the painful memories. The Giver is very patiently, lonely and spends his whole life in a room, which is called the Annex Room. In the Annex Room, the Giver is training Jonas to receive the memories of the past, which the Giver has within him. The Giver does things like taking a walk, eating at mealtime, and advising The Elders of the Committee, when he is called by them. unfortunately the Giver was living with the fact that he could never change the rules of the community, but suddenly The Giver realizes because of Jonas complaints, that something needs to be changed and that it would be much better if everyone could receive the memories like Jonas and Giver. Towards the end they both made a plan to change the rules of the Community.

The animals are usually kept indoor, so they don’t get any fresh air or sun. The cages are not cleaned as often as it is necessary, so the living conditions for the animals are very bad.

Bad for people’s health Factory farms are bad for people’s health in two ways. One of these is the pollution what they produce, which harm the health of the people who are living next to them. The other way is through the antibiotics that they give their animals to make them immune against illnesses. These can be transmitted to people from the meat and other animal products.

Small farming businesses haven’t a chance against factory farms Many factory farms are owned by corporations, who have the possibility to buy modern tools, equipment and larger spaces for the animals. They’re able to sell their products at a lower price. Smaller farms usually don’t have the resources to buy faster and bigger machines and therefore they can’t compete with their larger rivals.

In the poem ‚,The Schoolboy‘‘ by William Blake, you get a clear message that the schoolboy doesn’t enjoy the school and its system at all, so the question that arises is ,,What could school do, to be more enjoyable for the schoolboy and students like me?‘‘

First of all many students have to wake up early in the morning, which isn’t a perfect start into the day. Furthermore they mostly can’t enjoy the morning even if they like to stand up early, because they must get finished quickly for school. To counteract this problem, it would be a good start to begin with school less early and to approach the day more calmly. So to remove the effect of a prison it’s important to produce a more peaceful environment for everyone, to make the classrooms more comfortable and even integrate some outdoors schoollessons in spring and summer, so that the pupils have more joy in learning and are able to concentrate more because of the fresh air and the nature. Last but not least we schoolboys anf schoolgirls should be allowed to have more own thoughts and to be able to control them and not just being forced to memorize things, which won’t be even important for our adulthood.

I also think that the last point which is beinh made here, is a fact which the author want to draw attention to, because it’s a mostly international problem that should has to change as we are not robots.

In some countries all over the world school children have to wear uniforms the color scheme and style varies from school to school. In other countries pupils can wear to school what ever clothes they choose. In those countries it could be difficult to introduce school uniforms, because they are not traditionally used to wearing one. In the following essay I want to discuss the advantages to introduce school uniforms world wide.

In my opinion school uniforms ind schools are positive but negative too because not every student have the same style and they cant decide which school uniforms they wanted to wear.

School uniforms are on the one side good because a lot of children are victims of bullying because some of theme haven’t enough money to buy expensive and nice clothes. In this case the school uniform is very practically and maybe a good problem-solving.

On the other side pupils cant find our style and have to wear clothes that they don’t wanted. School uniforms can be nice but not every day ,It quickly becomes boring .However, there are people around the world for which it is too expensive ,always to buy a school uniform. Children grow fast and because of that they have to buy an again and again. We must take into account that the school uniform is maybe expensive but the clothes that the kids need for school is not cheaper and they have to be buy again and again, too.

On the other hand if the pupils wear school uniforms there is not a difference between rich and poor.

I have come to the conclusion that school uniforms are not everywhere positive and children should be able to develop their own style. Cause the bully is not reduced by a school uniform.

Nowadays, more and more people have become vegan. Many people I want to follow the trend,because they see veganism as a social trend. It become more because people want to save animals from the intensiv mass animal farming. It is healthy to be vegan and and it might be delicious. if a lot of people become vegan, they could help the world and save the planet. Some of people pay attention to eat products that are environmently friendly to be environment ..

My whole life has changed as a vegan. Sometimes it was difficult to buy vegan products and to make sure if the products are made for vegan people. Also one can have trouble achieving protein needs with out eating protein addition,because proteins supplement can mainly be found in animals products such as milk. eggs and meat.

At first, it was a little bit boring,because I like meat.But over Time, eating vegan food is an interesting experience. Being vegan isn't only effective only for human, but also for environment.It could reduce our environmental impact on earth also it could reduce our carbon footprint.

A statement that is often discussed by liguists is whether German similar to English serves as a lingua franca.

An argument in favor would be that German is spoken in many parts of the world. So overall 180 million people speak German worldwide. The german language is even in eleventh place among the most spoken languages in the world.

Furthermore, German is the most spoken language in europe. For example in Austria, Swisse, Namibia and parts of the Netherlands.

And moreover, it is closely related to other languages which makes it easier to learn. Swedish, Norwegian and Danish are often mentioned as examples.

In order to come to a balanced conclusion, I will now explain the other point of view.

At first, English is used much more often as an official language than German. Especially in Africa, as these countries were former colonies. There are many countries whose universities teach in english. In Germany, for example, around 600 courses are taught exlusively in english.

Secondly, German itsself is a language which is very hard to learn because of the grammar. And in comparison, English is much easier to understand and learn. So other countries do not educate their pupils German at school which is another disadvantage.

Last but not least, German is mainly spoken in countries which are close to each other. But it is less spoken in countries that are further away.

Personally, I am more convinced by the contra side. I believe that English is best suited as a lingua franca. Of course, German is also in some way a lingua franca but I do not think that it serves as such similar to English. Therefore it would be also contraproductive to classify German as the new official communication level.
