Was tun wenn man in New World in eine Struktur geglitch ist?

Hey Leute, ich habe es wie auch immer geschafft in diesen Stein zu glitchen als ich mich an ihm hochziehen wollte. Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich da wieder raus komme? Danke im voraus :).

Google sagt das:

You can press "ESC" to open the function menu, and multiple tabs will appear at the top of the screen, including "Game Menu". Here you will see the "Unstuck" button, click on it with the mouse to restore your character to normal.
