DDR5 Latenz Zahlen?

Hi,

ich wollte mal fragen wofür die letzte Zahl bei den RAM Timings gut ist, da DDR5 ab und an als letzte Zahl eine z.B 77 hat und manche RAM Riegel von z.B Kingston haben keine Zahl.

Timing-Angaben: aa-bb-cc-dd-ee

aa -> CAS Latenz (tCL)
bb -> Row Address to Column Address Delay (tRCD)
cc -> Row Precharge Time (tRP)
dd -> Row Active Time (tRAS)

Selten angegeben oder häufig nur durch Software ermittelbar
ee -> Command Period (tCPD oder auch tCMD)
