Richtige englische Rechtschreibung, Grammatik und Satzbau?
Already 8 months that I’m here and it still seems me that I arrived just yesterday. I can’t express how happy and grateful I am to get the chance to travel around this wonderful place, meeting so great people and making so much enriching experiences!

Already 8 months that I’m here [Satzstellung, Grammatik (Zeit)] and it (still) seems (Hier fehlt eine Präposition.) me that I arrived just (Wort) yesterday (besser: seems to me like yesterday that). I can’t express how happy and grateful I am to get the chance to travel around this wonderful place, meeting so (Hier fehlt ein Wort.) great people and making so much (Grammatik) [Ich würde hier life(-) vorschalten.] enriching experiences!
Das Fettgedruckte muss korrigiert werden. Ich hoffe, ich habe nichts übersehen.
Für das Vokabular und die Rechtschreibung empfehle ich ein gutes (online) Wörterbuch, z.B. pons.com,
für die Grammatik ego4u.de und englisch-hilfen.de - und Finger weg vom Google Übelsetzer und seinen tr.tteligen Kollegen!

Also ich muss zugeben mit Kommata hatte ich es im Englischen noch nie so richtig und würde dementsprechend nochmal jemanden drüberschauen lassen, aber ich würde es so schreiben:
