Ja, und nein. Der Reichtangle steht für alle deutschen Staaten seit 1871 und wird dann verwendet, wenn ein Antagonist auftaucht. Das Polandballwiki führt hierzu aus:

Reichtangle (German: Reichteck) is the main antagonist from the Polandball comics. It is a countryball character representing the future Viertes Reich or just a tall rectangle version of German Empireball.
