Minecraft Command funktioniert nicht?

Die Command's 'kill @e[type=!minecraft:player]' und 'clear @p[distance=3]' sind doch richtig? Aber warum funktionieren sie nicht? (spiele auf 1.13 btw)

kill @e[type=!minecraft:player] (AUSRUFEZEICHEN MUSS WEG)

clear @p[distance=3] (NICHT VOLLSTÄNDIG WAS WILLST DU CLEAREN? Also Effect oder was)

mach ja und im Command Block muss auch ein / vor also

/kill @e[type=Minecraft:player]

und

/effect @p clear

oder

/effect @e [distance=3]

Ps. Ich bin Serverinstandhalter und weiß ein paar commands
