Kostenvoranschlag von Privatperson?

Guten Tag zusammen,

ich habe mal eine Frage.

Ich hab gerade mit meinen Autohändler eine Reklamationsauftrag am laufen wegen einer fehlenden SD Karte für die Navigationsdatenbank.

Der Autohändler verlangt nun einen Kostenvoranschlag. Kann ich, als Privatperson, einen Kostenvoranschlag erstellen?
