Kostenloses Minecraft NPC Plugin 1.17 Spigot/Bukkit?

Weiß jemand ein kostenloses Minecraft NPC Plugin für die Version: 1.17 Spigot/Bukkit . Außer Citizenz 2 habe ich keine Plugins für 1.17 gefunden, das ist bei neueren Versionen oft so hoffe jemand kennt eins es reich, schon wenn man von dem NPC den Skin ändern kann und ihm einen Shop einbauen kann
