If you want a chronological story of the Kenway Saga, complete the stories of each game first and then replay the memories without erasing the files. Most people agree on this order:
AC4 (deals with Haytham's father and Connor's grandfather Edward Kenway)
AC4 Freedom Cry (deals with Edward's Quartermaster Adewale in Haiti)
Rogue sequences 1-2 (Shay's time with the Assassins)
AC3 sequences 1-3 (Haytham's arrival in the Colonies)
Rogue sequences 3-7 (Shay's time with the Templars and later, his "mission" in Paris in 1776)
rest of AC3(Connor's sequences and the finale of the American/Kenway Saga)
Liberation is a side story and is in no way related to the main saga. However, if you read the War Letters in Rogue, you'll learn that some characters in Liberation will have a connection to people you meet in 3, 4, Rogue, and Unity. But I won't spoil further.

Spiel nach Erscheinungsdatum sonst macht die Story außerhalb vom animus keinen Sinn, außerdem gibt es auch Anspielungen die du sonst nicht verstehen würdest. Generell würde ich nur empfehlen, die gesamte AC Reihe nach Erscheinungsdatum zu zocken (aus den gerade genannten Gründen).
Ich persönlich würde es so machen:
- Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag
- Assassins Creed 3
- Assassins Creed Rogue
Rogue und 3 spielen sehr zeitnah, daher kann man nicht ganz sagen, welchen man zuerst spielen sollte. Ich hab aber mit Rogue als letzten ein besseres Gefühl :D
