Hohe Substratspezifität von Enzymen mithilfe des Schlüssel-Schloss-Modells erklären?
Hallo liebe Community, Ich schreibe demnächst eine Biologie Arbeit und muss die hohe Substratspezifität erklären. Leider kapiere ich das nicht so und bitte um eure Hilfe. MfG Olo

Also ich habe das so gelernt, dass jedes Enzym ein aktives Zentrum besitzt und deshalb substratspezifisch ist. Daraus folgt ein Enzym-Substrat-Komplex (Schlüssel-Schloss-Prinzip).
Du musst dir das bildlich so vorstellen, das Enzym ist das Schloss und nur ein bestimmter Schlüssel, in dem Fall das Substrat, passt rein.
Hoffe du verstehst das, bin nicht gut im erklären.
Ach und außerdem wäre dann das aktive Zentrum in dem Fall das Schlüsselloch.
