Also Herstellung Android, habe da schon einige freie Tools versucht ging aber irgendwie nicht alles wieder herzustellen ohne kommerzielles Interesse.

Ein normales PE von dem installierten Android erstellen und dann erkennt es ja auch der Bootloader nur startet man ohne Root von USB Stick und kann mit allen Tools wieder herstellen ohne zu rooten?
