Wie bekomme ich die Ac Valhalla Trophäen autopop von ps4 auf 5?

Hab auf der ps4 100% gemacht bin danach in die ps5 Version reingegangen und hab auf fortsetzen gedrückt als ich in Game war kamen keine Trophäen dann hab ich versucht ein autosave mit der Wolke also cloud gespeicherte Daten zu laden da kamen auch keine Trophäen jetzt frage ich mich wie bekomme ich die autopop in ac valhalla
