Samsung Fernseher Q7f (55 Zoll) geht nicht an, was tun?

Guten Abend. Mein Fernseher geht nicht mehr an, weiß nicht weshalb! Die Fernbedienung funktioniert einwandfrei. Weiß jemand wo man den reset Knopf findet vom Fernseher, vllt kann ich den ja drücken?!

Einen Reset-Knopf scheint es nicht zu geben. Ich habe aber folgende Information für einen Reset der One Connect Box gefunden:

To fully reset the system, please try the following:

Unplug the power cord from the outlet.

Wait at least 1 hour (60+ Minutes)

Press and hold the power button (on the set, not the remote) for 60 seconds.

Keep holding power button while plugging back in, and for another 60 seconds after.
