Hallo! Ich muss für Englisch eine Zusammenfassung über einen Beruf schreiben. Ich habe schon eine geschrieben.. Wie findet ihr diese? Bitte auf Fehler hinweisen! Danke

My dream job is a nursery-school teacher. They works in a nursery school and looks after kids from 0-6 years. Their job is the childs spends time and their talents supports. I like this job because I love children. A nursery school teacher erans 1500 euro. In three months I will go to the Bakip. There I get a education for a nursery -scholl teacher and besides the examination . So I can, when I want study.

Hallo xDDlala hier steht, was mir aufgefallen ist: my dream is to be a nursery school teacher (ohne bindestrich) they work, they look (he, she, it, das -s muss mit, aber nicht bei 3. person plural) kids from zero to six years ( in aufsätzen immer alles ausschreiben, dann bist du auf der sicheren seite, zahlen ab 12 kannst du aber in ziffern schreiben ;) Their job is to spend time with the children and to support their talents. (so ist der satz richtig) to earn (nicht erans) bakip (erkläre am besten noch, was das bakip ist oder schreib seinen kompletten namen) education (heißt so viel ich weiß erziehung sag lieber: There I can learn, what a nursery school teacher has to do and I can also get practical knowledge) (deinen letzten staz verstehe ich nicht, besser gesagt ich weiß nicht, was du damit sagen wolltest) Insgesamt ganz in ordnung, meiner meinung nach. English Summary and short story: "The Fun They Had"

Any mistakes? Any Verbesserungsvorschläge? P.s. Ist der Text nicht zu lang für eine Summary? Der orginal Text hat ca. 1042 Wörter.

The short story ‘The fun they had‘, written by Isaac Asimov deals with a boy and a girl, Tommy and Margie, who find out something about school in the past. On the 17th of March 2155 Tommy, a thirteen-year-old boy, finds a ‘real book‘ which has been printed on paper. He is at the house of Margie, an eleven-year-old girl. They both take a look at it togehter. The book is really old and the pages are yellow and crinky. In the year 2155 this kind of books do not exist anymore. In this time words are moving on a television screen. These televisions can contain over a million of boks. That is the reason, why Tommy thinks that they are much better. He has found the old book in the attic of his house. While reading, Tommy says that it is about school. Margie hates school and cannot understand why someone would write about it. She was having problems with learning geography from her ‘mechanical teacher‘. It was black, large and had a screen on it. It teaches the students, gives them exercises and askes them questions, all in a special room in their own house. It can also calculate the marks in no time. Margie hates the slot where she has to insert her homework or test papers. Once the geopraphy sector of her mechanical teacher was geraded too quick, so that her marks got worse and worse. The County Inspector rebuilt it after one hour. He was really nice to Margie. She hopped that her mechanical teacher would be taken away for a longer time, like Tommy’s was, because it’s history sector blanked out completly. Tommy says that the book which he has found, is not about their type of school, it is about school centuires ago. They find out that students back then had a man as a teacher who taught the girls and boys, gave them homework and asked them questions. They had a special building, all the children went to. And they learned the same things, if they were the same age. First Margie does not understand how a person could be a teacher and how the students were thaught the same thing, because her mother says that the education must fit to each child's mind, but nevertheless in her opinion these schools are funny and she wants to read more about it. Then it is time for Margie and Tommy for their school. Margie goes into the schoolroom in her house where the mechanical teacher stands. It is already on, because the lessons are always at regular hours. She was thinking about the old school system and how much fun the children must had, learning and spending time togehter.

Hay also ich muss ein kurz Referat über School of the Air auf english machen und wollte fragen ob mir hier jemand bei meinen text tipps geben kann was da noch rein könnte weil der ziemlich kurz ist wie ich finde und glaube grammatisch ist er auch ziemlich schlecht :/

of children who live in remote places  and in the outback of Australia. In these areas the  population is to small for a school.
On 8th June 1951 the first school of the Air lesson were officially broadcast from the Royal 
Flying doctor Service in Adelaide.There are  16 Schools of the air in australia the first   School of the air was built in Alice Springs.The School of Air in Alice Springs got a Visitor   Center that is open for tourists every day. There you can watch the morning broadcast from   the lessons
From 1951 to 2003 the teacher speaks to the students over shortwaveradios after that  they  switched to internet technologies to deliver lessons that include live videos.There are
        School of the air programmes in all states except Tasmania. Each student spends one hour    per day receiving group or individual lessons from the teacher,the rest of the day they     working through the     assigned materials with a parent,older sibling or a home stay  tutor.   The students get their homework through e-mails before that they get  the homework  from the post office together with books and other school stuff.Once a year the teachers    and     the students meet at a school camp for a week. There the studenst get intensive     lessons. the    most important thing in this week is that finally everybody can meet his classmates and     teachers.Studies have shown that such education has the same effect than traditional    methods of schooling.

The economy in the 80s in England is very chipped. In the streets of north England you see many strikes. Many mines workers are striking because mines should be closed. One of these protestants is Jackie, a father of two boys, Tony and Billy Elliot. He had lost his wife and now he is living with his children and their grandmother in a small flat, because the family doesn’t have much money. The father is a very strict and hard man and he want that his 11 years old son, Billy, be hard to, so he send him to boxing lessons. But Billy doesn’t like the unnecessary violent, he is much more interested in that what is happening in the other side of the gymnastic hall. There Mrs. Wilkinson, a slightly unment women, she is teaching some girls ballet. Finally Billy dares to exchange his box gloves for ballet shoes. Every day he goes to the ballet class without telling his father. One day his father sees that his son is dancing ballet instead of boxing. Jackie forbids his son to dance this unmanly ballet but Billy and his dedicated dance teacher Mrs. Wilkinson decide to continue the training secretly. The major goal of both is a dance audition at the Royal Ballet School in London. When his father caught Billy again when he was dancing, he was sure that Billy has Talent. Jackie becomes a blackleg to save money for his son. Finally Jackie comes with Billy to the dance audition in the Ballet school. Billy gets a letter from the Ballet School, he is taken. At the same moment the strike is broken. A few years later, Jackie and Tony Elliot go to London to see Billy dancing his first stage appearance in "Schwanensee".

Kann jemand mein Charakterisierung in Englisch korrigieren?

ich brauche hilfe da ich nicht so gut in englisch bin.

In the Novel “Speak”, written by Laurie Halse Anderson in 1999, is the character “Mr. Freeman” an art teacher at Merryweather High, who already gets introduced at one of the first chapters. He is the art teacher from the main character Melinda.

Mr. Freeman is a teacher, described as ugly. Furthermore he has a “Big old grasshopper body, like a stilt-walking circus guy and an nose like a credit card …” like Melinda describes at p.14, l.9 f., . He appears very scary to other people, but he has a nice smile on his face (p. 14, l.11 & p. 14, l.21 ff.).

Another important fact is his language, he speaks really heartfelt (p.14 l.12 ff.), which makes him so interesting , so the students listen to him.

During the novel Mr. Freeman is an supporter of Melinda and they talk about Melindas problems sometimes. He sees the feelings or the art in Melindas work (p.66-67). Besides Mr. Freeman is very creative and he wants others to be creative too (p. 15 – 16). Moreover he wants to motivate the students to make something special. On p.14 l. 11 you can see that Mr. Freeman “smiles”. Their, you can conclude that he is a very friendly person

Mr. Freeman is a different person. He is not like normal teachers and he has his own vision of school, lessons and priorities (p. 14 – 15). His ideas are very scary but he has a plan for the rest of the year in school (p. 15, ll.20 ff. & p.16, ll.1 ff.) .

He has a good friendship to his students, which you can see that he is hugging students as a teacher(p.196 l.10 ff.). The last day of school Melinda stays after so she could finally put the finishing touches on her tree and she starts crying in the class with Mr.Freeman and he says "You've been through a lot haven't you?"(p.197 l.24 f.), that shows that he actually cares about Melinda and what she has been through. In other words he has a good connection to Melinda.

In conclusion Mr. Freeman is the art teacher of Melinda, who has a good connection to Melinda, he is a friendly teacher, who goes motivated on

Brexit-essay?

Hallo! In Englisch sollen wir einen Aufsatz über den Brexit schreiben. Kann jemand meinen durchlesen und mir vielleicht Tipps geben, was ich besser machen kann oder Beispiele hinzufügen?

Unthinkable. The UK no longer belongs to the EU. The exit was completed and after long negotiations England is outside the EU. Many Britons voted "Yes to Brexit" in the elections, despite the fact that only half of the population understood what they were voting for. After less than a year, the British noticed the enormous consequences and their ex-partner EU for help.

Firstly, the UK can regain its sovereignty, making it the controlling influence of having supreme authority.

Besides, the UK could follow Norway’s example and still trade with the EU even if they are not part of the EU.

Moreover, being free from restrictions would be beneficial. They could make their own laws and control immigration.

On the other hand, there are many arguments against the Brexit.

Initially, many Britains could lose their jobs. If their job is linked to the EU and the job is no longer needed, then millions of them must look out for a new job.

Furthermore, Britain could lose its influence. As part of the European Union, member states have more power than being a middle-ranking country. If we glance back at history, we can see that the UK has lost a lot of his power, meaning that it would lose even more.

Besides, leaving the EU will make the UK politically and economically suffer. Britain used to be the EU’s main trading partner. Leaving would mean that they are not enabled to move goods, services and people like they did before. They will also become an outsider.

Considering the pros and cons, I think it is hard to make a decision. As with so many things, only time will tell whether the Brexit was right or wrong. It is also not certain that other states will not leave the UK. In my opinion, the member states primarily see the financial advantage of the EU, but if sovereignty is more important to the UK, I can totally understand that.

hallo :) ich habe eine Erörterung zum Thema Schuluniformen für den englisch unterricht geschrieben, wäre cool wenn ihr mir Tipps zur Grammatik und vielleicht auch Ergänzungen sagen könntet. hier ist sie:

This comment will be about school uniforms. in the USA for example there are schools where you have to wear school uniforms and in germany you dont have to wear them. now the question is if we should introduce school uniforms in germany?

On the one hand school uniforms are very good. when everyone wears the same, nobody can say things because of their look like. so there is less bullying at school. nobody recognize if someone is poor or rich and it's easier for poorer people to find friends. In addition to this the students are a community. All of them are working together. Without school uniforms there are allways some outsider which have to work alone. the class is not divided into cool and not cool but there is a single group. also the school is represented by the students when they wear uniforms. all looks the same and the whole school hold together. everybody can see which school it is.

But on the other hand school uniforms are not very helpful. you can not wear what you want and you can not have your own style. But this is very important at this age. students have to develop their own personalities. moreover you can not stop bullying. maybe it is reduced by school uniforms but you can never stop it forever. there are students who does not look good with them or they are bullied because of their behavior. in addition, bullying takes place in the free time of students. so outsider are only in school protected. above all it is very expensive. families have to buy these uniforms and they are not cheap. when you have more than one child, it becomes more expensive. after school most of the students wear normal clothes. so you have to buy both - school uniforms and clothes for the free time. everyone changes the outfit once per day. it is very expensive for poor families. maybe their children have to wear the uniform the whole day.

Written discussion..einmal drüber schauen bitte:)

German schools are getting dirtier and nobody does anything. In America, students take this problem in thei hands, they do some volunteer work and clean public buildings and restore parks. In this written discussion I want to discuss the question "Should german students does some volunteer work at their schools and public buildings".

The first argument for this ide is that students go out of their rooms. They don't watch TV the complete day or play some computer games, they does something for the community.

The next pro argument is that students learn to take responsibility. If they clean a place, they don't want zhat somebody make him dirty. They take care of him.

Now, the first contra argument is that some students does their work sloppy and the other studetns and volunteer worker can't rely on them.

The next contra argument is that students don't want to do this because they earn no money so it is in their point of view waste of time.

The written discussion show that volunteer work on schools is okay. Students do something and leran import things. My conclusion is: We need it in Germany.

In I passed the final leaving examinations and in I finished my apprenticeship as a service specialist for dialog marketing. Over the course of the two following years I worked as a call center agent. Now I’m motivated to finish one’s training as an office management assistant. I enjoy playing videogames with and also listening to music but I don’t play it. I also like to play soccer. My special skills are touch-typing and some other things I had learned in my previous training like skills in Excel or Word. I have some cockatiels at home and also an aquarium. My future plans are to pass the apprenticeship to become an office management assistant. After the apprenticeship I’m not sure I think at first I like to get an job or to study. After the training I planed to visit Chile. There I will visit the Anden from south to the north. Thank you for your attention. **
