DHGATE Ausstehende Zahlung?
Moin Moin,
ich habe am 2. Februar etwas über DHGATE bestellt. Der Betrag wurde direkt abgebucht aber jetzt über 40H später gibt es immer noch keine Bestätigung. Was an sich ja kein Problem wäre zu warten. Das PROBLEM jedoch ist, dass die Bestellung in weniger als 10 Std. gecancelt wird. Heißt das wenn die Zeit abgelaufen ist? Verliere ich mein Geld und die Bestellung? Und wenn ich storniere trotz ausstehender Zahlung wird das Geld dann einbehalten? Oder wird das dennoch an mich zurückgezahlt auch wenn die noch keine Bestätigung haben.

Du hast an einen Versender direkt bezahlt? Dann könnte dein Geld natürlich weg sein.
Aber das hast du ja selbst schon gewusst. Immerhin schreibt das DHGATE ja selbst auf der Internetseite...

If you insist on pay to the seller out of DHgate, or DHgate cannot protect your legal rights if the orders with any problems."
