Wie oft am tag sb?

Wie oft sollte man sb machen ohne das es unnormal ist ? Ich mache sb 4 bis 6 am tag normal oder nicht ?

Solange das für dich passt, ist das doch nich schlimm. Mein Rekord lag auch mal bei 7x an einem Tag. Aber danach bin ich umgefallen... Alsooo ins Bett, seitdem 7x pro Woche ;)
