Ich brauche Hilfe bei einer Bildbeschreibung, könnt ihr eventuell mein Text besser umschreiben/mich verbessern?

The cartoon shows an meadow with a sky an clouds. in the back left corner of the cartoon is a bush and on the back right corner are three bushes. between the bushes is a shower where a naked man is standing and showering. Towards the middle of the cartoon you can also see that the water of the shower flows down in the direction of a sewert. In the front of the picture you can see a man lying eyes closed on earth with many stones, two skulls and a broken vase on it, his clothes are dirty and torn the man extends his hand forward in the direction of the water.

Englisch Text verbessern?

hey, kann mir jemand vielleicht bei meiner Bildbeschreibung weiterhelfen?

The colored picture shows many people whose faces we cannot see. At the bottom of the picture, the People are standing close to each other and are holding mobile phones in the air and are filming something, so we can only see the people‘s arms and hands. The focus of the image is on the big flames and sparks which are in the middle of the picture. There is also a lot of smoke and it its nighttime. On the left side you can see a big puppet.

Cartoon analysis?

MESSAGE:

The painter of the cartoon is making clear that the people in the picture are immigrants from different countrys, which you can notice by their looks and they are all learning english in a classroom which you can also see by the poster on the upper left corner. The author of the cartoon makes also clear that there are many people from different country‘s where english is spoken in their own way of talking. There are so many accents, slang words which can make it difficult to understand a person from another country. The uncomfortable athmosphere and the confused looks of the people in the picture symoblizes that they all can‘t understand each other. The boy who is holding a poster is a example for the different accents of english. He is from Glasgow and his english is incomprehensible for the teacher and that‘s the reason why he is assigned to the course.

Cartoon Analysis Globalization?

Hallo, kann jemand meine Cartoon Analysis korrigieren und mir vielleicht ein paar Tipps dazu geben?

This is a cartoon drawn by Kat J.Weiss, published on 12/5/19 on www.istockphoto.com and it deals with the issue of fast fashion. What is noticeable at the first glance is that the artist presents a serious topic in a simple and ironic way.The scene depicts an abstract situation in a third world country in comparison to an industrialising country. On the right, there is appearing a western women which is underlined by the clothes she is wearing. Moreover, you can easily notice a poisonous river in the left part of the picture. Another significant aspect is the center of the picture which shows us a large billboard with a caption above it which reads "THIS COULD BE U". Behind the billboard, there is sitting a women working on a sewinh machine. Her facial expression seems to be exhausted and tired. Especially striking are the bright colours that the artist used.The artist creates a negative atmosphere towards the aspect that we are not aware of where and under which conditions our fashion is produced This will be shown in detail in the following talk. The artist refers to a well known global issue such as fast fashion. Furthermore, he strongly criticises our lack of awareness about fast fashion.First of all, you can clearly notice that the artist tries to draw the audiences attention to the fact that the scene depicts the horrendous and miserable working conditions of people who produce fashion by representing the womens facial expression. From her facial expression you can conclude how exhausted and frustrated she must be. That is exactly how the cartoon is supposed to make us overthink our attitude towards fast fashion. Moreover, the artist makes use of bright colours. Ultimately, common sense indicates that the colours are used to make the cartoon more vivid which clarifies the Intent of the cartoon which is to raise the People`s awareness for fast fashion. A further significant aspect is that the artist attempts to win us over to his side by triggering our emotions. This becomes more apparent while looking closely at the water colours from river which shows us how many chemicals are inside the water. That is why we become compassionate with the local citizens.

In conclusion I can express that the artists conveys his intention impeccably and extremely effectively from my point of view. Without any doubt the artist exactly knows how to trigger the audiences emotions properly. I also assume that he wants us to see fast fashion as horrible and horrendous. Moreover, he absolutely convinces me by his impeccably used visual elements which make sure we cannot misunderstand his concisely communicated message. Additionally I believe that his criticism is justified due to the fact that we are accountable as customers for the future of employees in the fashion industry. So it`s our mandatory duty to rearrange our attitude toward fast fashion.

The single cartoon by Randy Glasbergen, taken from the website "www..." shows two persons who are dating for the first time.

On the left hand site of the cartoon is a man sitting on a chair and infront of him is a table. On this table is a open laptop which is standing also infront of him. The man is looking at the laptop. Above him is a speech bubble which says,"...". On the other site of the table is a woman sitting on a chair and holding a mobilephone. She is looking to the mobilephone. Next to her is a full wine glas. Above the woman is a speech bubble which says, "..". In the middle of the table is a candle. The scene is taking place at a restaurant.

The message of the cartoon is that both know eachother from online chats but on the first date they still communicate about technology to eachother because they do not know how to do it in real life.

The thin man is trying to catch the earth crumbs which the old man is throwing to him.

Describe cartoon?

Hallo, also zur Zeit machen wir in Englisch das Thema Südafrika und wir haben diesen Comic bekommen und den müssen wir beschreiben ich hab einen Text geschrieben kann jemand mir das bitte für mich korrigieren und mir Tipps geben.

Mein Text:

In the picture I see an elephant who is sitting on an old white men. His head is red, next to him is a gun. The elephant is looking angry and has a lot of energy. On the elephants foot is a crown. There are some symbols above his head : A flash, a cloud, and a spiral. The cloud means to sing about something, the flash is Energy or fury and the spiral means movement. I think the cartoon is about a man who wanted to shoot the elephant. But is elephant is stronger and for him it is easy to win. He is the winner and gets the crown. With this cartoon I think the artist want to say that animals are strong and sometimes dangerous, when you do things they hate.The cartoon shows the power that African peoples have. The elephant seems to be the African nation. The Africans want to get the crown Back from the white old man. He is white, that means Europeans. I think the cartoon wants to say the Africans are angry and want to have the same rights are as the white people.

Ich muss in Englisch ein Bild beschreiben (150 wörter). Bch hab es schon geschrieben, bin mir aber mit der Grammatik und mit der Rechtschreibung nicht sicher. Vielleicht könnt ihr es ja durch lesen und es verbesseren.

In the picture I can see many people at the beach. The sun is shining. And the sky is blue, the beach look golden. All the people are wearing summer clothes or bikinis. Some of them are in the sea and the other are lying on they towers,which on the beach. Some are having a sunburn. They towers are having a lot of colors. At the backround I see many trees, it look like a forest. I think the people in the sea are having a lot of fun. At the front of the trees is a white wall and in front of there is a volleyball net. Many of the children are having an air mattress in different patterns. Probably it is in the summer vacation. Maybe it is in August and maybe in a other country, it can be in turkey etc.

The Cartoon shows a wood with a special feature: The Wood in the Picture is all cut off. In the middle of the cartoon is a man he is laughing because his allergy is triggered by the pollen from the trees are disapeared.

The cartoonist is criticizin in an ironic way from the destruction of the enviroment. When the humans further destroy the enviroment there will be fewer and fewer trees and habitats for animals in the future. But the humain and the animals need the trees and the enviroment to live.

Kann jemand von euch mir den Text korrigieren?!

The cartoon is drawing by a cartoonist named Mueller and published in Bath. The cartoonist is signed the picture at the bottom right. The cartoon is showing a woman holding a phone to her ear. The woman is wearing a long-sleeved top, has black hair and is also wearing glasses. On the right side, one can see a fridge and on the left side a shelf in the background. The foreground is showing an table, with an opened laptop and a cup of tea. The colors of the cartoon are black and white. In the picture below on the left is a following sentence, "A bunch of friends come. over to stare at their phones."

The following analysis will illustrate that it is about a new generation communication disorder.

The woman in the cartoon is on the phone and says "A bunch of friends are coming over to stare at their phones." The artist could mean that phones are not good for people, due to lack of communication in society. He could also mean that smartphones or electronic devices in general distract us too much and that they are already part of our body when we humans, can't even put them down for a moment.

All in all, I think the cartoon is true, because people only use their electronic devices for communication

Hey, ich soll ein Cartoon beschreiben und wollte mal fragen, ob es was an meinem Text zu verbessern gibt

The colored cartoon shows two different pictures. The cartoon on the left side shows a man who is wearing green jeans and a green Sweatshirt. He is lying on a big phone while smiling and playing with a crib mobile. Worth mentioning facts are the social media logos on the crib mobile. The cartoon on the right part shows a dialog with three different parts. In the first part of the cartoon you can see two man talking to each other. The man on the left side is wearing a green shirt and the Man on the right side is wearing a blue shirt. What catches your eyes the most are the speech bubbles. The speech bubble above the man on the left side says „..And literally within seconds I got more than to replies!“ And the speech bubble above the man on the right says „And what did they say?“ In the two other parts of the cartoon the two men are just staring at each other. The caption of the picture says „It‘s the experience“

Ich habe einen Text zu diesem Cartoon geschrieben, jedoch weiß ich nicht ob es genügend ist?

[…]. It is about global warming, which includes both climate change and economic climate, which means that the cartoonist shows a serious and important critical point.

The cartoon is divided into two parts.

in the upper right corner, it says "pick one..." and below it is a cross with the phrase "this green," which refers to a us dollar, a company, and a car. the co2 emissions also come from the company and the car.

It also says "save the economic climate" next to the picture.

on the right, another cross is possible with the same phrase "this green" indicating a natural environment such as a tree and the sun. also, next to it is "save the earth climate".

The cartoon represent the only two options people can choose between, whether they prefer to save the Earth's climate or the economy.

If one chooses one of the two options, the other is still a problem.

So, choosing to "save the climate"

would lead to a lot of economic problems because money, such as dollars, would not be produced because businesses produce a lot of CO2 emissions. This means that people would not have dollars and the UK could not be sovereign and leave the EU. A decision for the earth's climate also means that cars are banned or become more expensive because they cause CO2 emissions, even though so many people need a car.

On the other hand, a decision to "save the economic climate" would damage the entire environment because of all the CO2 emissions.

in my opinion, the cartoonist is successful in presenting the only two options people can choose between, either to save the economy or to save the earth's climate, without making any other choice. it's more a matter of damaging the environment or stopping economic growth, both of which have consequences. so it's difficult to choose one term.

I also appeal the cartoon because it is very difficult to pick for only one of the "Greens" and stay away from the others because i am in fact very depending on e.g. technology.

So for me, the cartoon is a good example because it just shows the serious problem we are in right now.

Hey Leute, meine Aufgabestellung lautet: describe the picture and discuss the truth about this stereotype in a text of min. 100 words on your own.

Habe ich es richtig beschrieben? Habt ihr Änderungs-Verbesserungvorschläge?

On this cartoon we can see two situations: on the first one we see a man drowning and another man walking his dog on the path walk. The drowning man is asking for help but the man with the dog doesn't even bother to look at him. On the second one we have the same situation, but, this time, the man with the dog actually helps the other man. The difference is that this time, the drowning man is polite when he asks for help and that made all the difference. Instead of just shouting for help, he said: "Excuse me, Sir. I'm terribly sorry to bother you, but I wonder if you would mind helping me a moment, as long as it's no trouble, of course.". This cartoon portrays the British's politenes. Of course that in real life no one would be so polite when drowning; we would just shout "help" like the man in the first situation. But, we have to face it: British are more polite than everybody else. I'm not saying that the ones who aren't British are inferior or less educated, but it's true that they often forget words like "please" and "thank you". On this cartoon being polite makes the difference between life and death. It may be a little extreme, but who knows if it may or may not come true. So, if you happen to have a son, a daughter, a student who misbehaves and has lack of politeness, or if you just want them to be even more polite or educated than what you taught them to br, send them to England. Undoubtedly, they would thank you. At least, I know I would.
