Samsung Fernseher nicht über app Steuerbar was tun?
Hallo zusammen, wie man im Titel schon lesen kann habe ich das Problem das ich meinen Fernseher(Samsung Series 7 (43)) nicht über die Smart-Things App steuern kann, da steht immer dass der Fernseher Offline sei, was er aber nicht ist weil ich Netflix und so trotzdem schauen kann.
Freue mich über tipps zum lösen dieses Problems:)

Ja ist bei mir auch so...Musst einfach paar mal auf den Pfeil rechts oben klicken. Manchmal gehts dann, manchmal nicht.
Ist aber ein bekanntes Problem (bei manchen Modellen). Wurde von Samsung mal so beantwortet:

I am sorry that you are having trouble with your TVs within SmartThings! We are currently running into a known issue. There seems to be a firmware update that has been applied to the TVs, so we are currently in communication with the television side of Samsung to resolve this as quickly as possible! Or engineers are aware of it and I will make sure that you are informed when the fix is made.
