Ich wollte mal fragen, ob das für den Anfang ausreicht. Hantelbank hätte ich mir aktuell noch nicht geholt, Langhantel auch noch nicht. Die drei bzw. die vier wesentlichen Sachen habe ich ja eigentlich.
