Jonas’s father had always loved the newchildren more than anything and it was clear to him, his parents and his sister Katya what his assignment was going to be. Jona’s father has a very important assignment in the Community. He is a Nurturer and his job is it (it weglassen) to be responsible for all the physical and emotional needs of every newchild during its earliest life. When his father heard about the possible release of Gabriel he asked the committee for premission to bring him to their dwelling at nights. Jonas‘s father is also very dutiful and listens with interest when it comes to the concerns of his family. For example after Jonas told his family that he was apprehensive about the Ceremony of twelve Jonas‘s father explained to him how his Ceremony of twelve had been to calm him down.

Ist das grammatikalisch richtig? (Englisch Aufgabe)?

  1. ‘Well, the action takes place in northern Australia in 1939. The war is just starting. Kidman (is playing) Lady Sarah Ashley, an English aristocrat whose husband (owns) a huge farm and cattle station. Well, Sarah (flies) to Darwin to see what her husband (does) - she (believes) he (is having) an affair. When she (arrives), her husband‘s drover (is meeting) her to take her to the farm-that’s Jackman. On arrival they (are finding) her husband has been murdered, so now all the land (belongs) to her. Someone (is telling) her that the farm administrator (is stealing) her cattle and (plans) to take over her land, so-oh, why (I am telling) you all this? You should see the film yourself.‘
  2. Esra wanted to improve her English, so she (applied) for a job as au pair in the USA. She (didn’t know) much about her American host family, but when she (arrived), all five members of her host family (waited) to meet her. While Esra (was chatting) to Mrs Jackson, Mr Jackson (picked) up her large bag, but Esra (was saying) loudly, ‘Oh, no, Mr Jackson. You mustn’t carry my bag.‘ So Mr Jackson suddenly (was putting) the bag down again. Why (was Esra want) to carry the heavy bag herself? (Were she having) something important in her bag, or something that might break? Mr Jackson (didn’t say) anything. When they (walked) out of the airport, Esra (thought), ‘Why (he was putting) my bag down? Was it too heavy for him? What was the problem?‘Do you know?

Bitte hilft mir. Ich kann das nicht gut :/

dankeschön
