Es handelt sich um ein dekoratives Element. Eine Art 'Vorhang' auf einer extra Schiene, der vor dem Tatsächlichen Vorhang/ der Gardine hängt. Vielleicht 10cm lang und die ganze Schiene bedeckt. Wie ist der Name dafür?
