Ich habe erst gerade Angefangen mit Joggen und bin noch nicht wirklich gut darin. Trotzdem macht es mir Spass. Aber irgendwie wird es fast schon einen zwang. Ich fühle mich schlecht wenn ich nicht Joggen gehe. Ist das normal? Ich habe dann das gefühl das ich nicht genug sport treibe. Ist das gut oder schlecht und woe kann ich damit umgehen?
