ich würde zuerst Muskelmasse aufbauen dabei verlierst du automatisch auch Fett. Danach würde ich mit dem Cutten starten.

Ich würde mich für die Nummer 3 entscheiden. Sie sieht lässig aus und passt oft gut zu Baggy-Jeans. Außerdem ist sie viel praktischer – ich musste noch nie die Schnürsenkel binden.
