Es kann sein dass einem vom Tabak in Joints schlecht wird. Aber vielleicht nimmst du auch mur zu starken. Aus Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass statt Tabak getrocknete Hanfblätter optimal funktionieren, sie besser schmecken und auch gesünder als Tabak sind. Liebe Grüße :)

Du könntest dich beim Pfeifen aufnehmen und dann in Foren wie hier damit fragen? :)

Am Pc musst du den Knopf mit 'Druck' drücken, danach kannst du den Screenshot einfach bei word einfügen

Auch kann es hilfreich sein, die Fingernägel mit einer Nagelschere oder einem Zwicker relativ kurz zu halten. Sieht hygienischer aus und hilft auch sehr.
