Ich bin 13 Jahre alt, 170cm groß und wiege ~70 Kilo.Ich weiß,das ich Übergewichtig bin.Ich habe jetzt in einer Woche Sommerferien,was kann ich alles tuhen um abzunehmen? Was ich vorhabe: Jeden Abend 2 x 15 min joggen gehen, Süßigkeiten komplett abschrauben.Währenddessen morgens,mittags und abends Liegestütze,Brett und Sit ups.Zudem viel Wasser trinken.Was kann ich noch alles machen,um gut und während der 6 Wochen wichtige Kilos zu verlieren?

Hallo Leute ich hab eine Frage an euch ich hab im Sommer von meinem Freund einen sehr günstigen PC abgekauft (die Details kommen unten) auf jeden Fall kann ich kaum damit spielen, außerdem ist mein Internet langsam.

Kennt ihr zufällig Programme oder Tricks womit ihr euer Internet beschleunigt? Naja auf jeden Fall kommen bei vielen Spielen wie dirty bomb (gratis Steam Spiel) Fehler. ich hätte gerne Hilfe weil ich nicht so viel Geld hab und einfach keinen Plan hab was ich mir als Verbesserung holen soll. Hier kommen die technischen Angaben:

3gb RAM 4X2,33ghz Nvidia geforce 9500 Ti Asus motherbord (wenn das interesant ist dann bitte kommentieren, dann schreib ich es nochmal) Netzteil ... Lüftung

Ich glaub das wars also es wäre toll könnte mir jemand sagen was womit kompatibel ist und mir Vorschläge machen.
