Hi, Cold Case gehört zu den wenigen erfolgreichen TV-Serien, die nicht auf DVD erhältlich sind. Die Gründe dafür sind rechtliche Probleme bezüglich der verwendeten Musik. Jede Episode enthält mehrere Titel verschiedener Interpreten. Für eine Ausstrahlung im Fernsehen müssen die Rechte der verwendeten Musikstücke nicht vollständig gekauft werden, beim Erscheinen auf DVD allerdings schon. Diese Kosten wären zu hoch.

On February 24, 2008, NBC ordered 6 additional scripts of Lipstick Jungle.

On April 2, NBC renewed Lipstick Jungle for a second season when they announced their Fall 2008 lineup. The second season premiered on September 24, airing at 10:00PM Eastern/9:00PM Central on Wednesdays. One month later, NBC announced that Lipstick Jungle would move to Fridays at 10:00PM Eastern/9:00PM Central effective October 31, 2008.

On November 13, rumors emerged that NBC would cancel the show due to low ratings and it was unclear if the remaining episodes would be aired in the current time slot.

On November 21, NBC moved Lipstick Jungle to Fridays at an hour earlier 9:00PM Eastern/8:00PM Central beginning December 5, for the remainder of the season.

On January 9, 2009 the last produced episode of Lipstick Jungle aired. As it was advertised as a season finale. Over 23,000 people have currently signed a petition to save the show online.

On January 15, 2009 it was announced that the show is not yet canceled and could be brought back for episodes based on how the new pilots are received.

On January 27, 2009 NBC announced that the show would get the "Friday Night Lights Treatment" implying that the show will return on another of NBC Universal's networks for a third season and then replay on NBC midseason.

On February 25, 2009 the future of Lipstick Jungle was once again put into uncertainty when it was announced that Lindsay Price was cast in the pilot for ABC's new drama Eastwick. However, had Lipstick Jungle received an official third season pick-up from NBC, Price would have pulled out of Eastwick in order to fulfill her contractual obligation to Lipstick Jungle.

On March 28, 2009 Entertainment Weekly reported that the show was officially canceled and not renewed for a third season.

Hi, ich habe gelesen das Prosieben den Mystery Montag am 01. März 2010 fortsetzen wird. Um 20.15 Uhr geht Flash Forward mit einer Doppelfolge an den Start. Eine Woche später startet Fringe in die zweite Runde um 20.15 Uhr, gefolgt von Flash Forward um 21.15 Uhr. Am 01. März geht Supernatural geht um 23.15 Uhr nach TV Total in die dritte Runde.

Hi, dies hier hab ich gefunden. Ist aber pure Spekulation, soweit mir bekannt ist sind keine genauen Details über die Heimat von Predator bekannt.

The exact origins of the Yautja (Predator) species are not known, but are believed to originate somewhere outside the boundries of the human universe. There has been no recorded findings of a Yautja home planet, so the theory stands that the race is purely nomadic - travelling from system to system, seeking the greatest hunting grounds. However, it is safe to assume that the species must have originated from a planet at some point in their past, so this is the basis for the speculation of a Yautja homeworld.

Yautja seem to be capable of breathing oxygen - but since their physiology relies on breathing apparatus and/or supplements, it's been accepted that they need a similar atmosphere to Earth but with a mixture of other gases including methane and nitrogen. This would suggest that their home planet is comprised of jungle, swamps and marshes - with a great amount of plant-life and rotting vegetation, producing these gases. It is also such a planet that would sustain multitudes of animal life, which may or may not have prompted the Yautja to pursue what is now their reason for being - the hunt.

On the subject of the Yautja's visual senses, it's probable that the planet is either quite distant from any Sun, or the light produced from their Sun is very different to that of Earth. This would explain the first Predator's vision once he had removed his helmet - it showed his vision as either a form of infra-red, or something evolved from another kind of visual spectrum. It is also possible that their planet rotates at a slower speed, leaving them in darkness for long periods of time - the Yautja may be primarily a nocturnal species.

A slow planet rotation could result from a planet with a great mass, creating dense gravity, which would explain the Yautja's super-human strength and qualities present on a planet with a lower gravitational field. Their agility also suggests that the homeworld would have contained mountains, rocky outcrops and similar structures which would force the evolution of the creature to adapt and to, and navigate across, such difficult areas. And as previously mentioned, the planet was most likely a jungle planet, so there would be a number of forests and great trees which would have also helped the Yautja's ability to scale objects.
