(bin 1.70 groß und wiege 61 kg)ich bin ja eigentlich im normalgewicht...aber wenn jeder aus meiner Schule und klasse so dünn ist ...fühlt man sich halt fett...ich habe schon sehr sehr viele Diäten durchzogen...zb. die apfel Diät. .die Green smothie Kur und vieles mehr...aufjedenfall ist mein wunschgewicht 49-50 kg ...aber ich kriege es nicht hin...zb:jüli von gntm2015 hatte wohl auch so harte Zeiten. .aber sie hat es super gemeistert. (Jetzt ist sie sehr dünn ) Meine Freunde mögen mich so wie ich bin-ich möchte aber unbedingt abnehmen...aber wie?

Hi, ich will in 2 Monaten ca.15 kg abnehmen, für den SommerUrlaub, würde ich das schaffen , wenn ich 500-600 Kalorien am Tag esse, PS ich werde wenn es klappen sollte, was ich hoffe wieder mit Wochen zu Woche bisschen mehr zu essen, und Sport machen werde ich so ca. 3x in der Woche, bitte keine antworten mit jojo Effekt, danke im voraus, euer questiongirl18:D
