Hallo, Ich suche Lieder für eine Beerdigung die in Richtung Rock/Metal/Alternativ gehen.. Gerne auch von älteren Bands wie Nirvana

Wer nach dem Stück, in der Situation nicht zu Tränen gerührt, ist aus Stein oder kann kein Englisch. Wobei, die Musik alleine reicht schon für Gänsehaut. Wenn das nicht das perfekte Lied für die Beerdigung eines Metalheads ist, dann weiß ich es nicht.

Das Lied wurde von Mike Portnoy geschrieben, um den Tod seines Vaters zu verarbeiten. Meiner Meinung nach ein sehr bewegendes Lied, mit einem sehr schönen Text, ein wunderschöne Grundmelodie und ein unfassbar geniales, emotionales und schönes Gitarren-Solo am Ende (ca. ab 9:50)
Vom Textsinn her gefallen mir folgende Lieder, weiß jetzt aber nicht, ob die vom Stil her Dein Fall wären:

Styx Boat on the river
Cat Stevens Sitting (letzter Satz: You're going to wind up where you started from)
Cat Stevens Silent Sunlight
Davon kennen die Kids nicht ein Stück!! Würde mich freuen wenn die es sich wenigstens anhören würden^^..
