Lineare Gleichungssysteme Additionsverfahren?

Kann mir jemand das Additionsverfahren kurz erklären am besten auch mit beispiel

I    2x + 5y  = 16  | *6    damit will ich y wegbekommen
II   5x - 6y  =  3  | *5    wäre es nicht Minus, dann mal (-5)

I   12x + 30y = 96  |
II  25x - 30y = 15  | addieren

I+II   37x    = 111 | /27 
         x    = 3 

x in I
      6 + 5y  = 16  | -6
          5y  = 10  | /5
           y  = 2
 
Brauchst du es auch für 3 Variable?
Oder ist es jetzt klar?
