Globalisation pro und cons auf englisch?

According to Webster, globalisation is the development of an increasingly integrated global economy marked especially by free trade, free flow of capital, and the tapping of cheaper foreign labor markets.

One big pro is the fact that end consumers in First World state get their items for a much lower price. Furthermore people in Second or Third World countries get the opportunity to work. Conditions and salary may be questionable, but still it is much better than unemployment.

The most important con in my humble opinion is, that an (eco-)social market economy can only be realised in a framework where one executive alone watches over the system. Typically a state with one administration and fixed borders. In time of globalisation, competitiors are free to just outsource everything somewhere else if they feel disadvantaged by locals laws. And so, they have an opportunity to blackmail states with the threat of mass unemployment to weaken the social aspects of the economic system.
