Illegal heißt ja nur Verstoß gegen Gesetz. Wenn du nur Filme schauen, dann sollte eigentlich "legal" sein, denn bis jetzt habe ich kein Gesetz gefunden, in dem steht, dass man Filme in kinox.to z.B. nicht sehen darf. Wenn du allerdings FIlme ins Netz hochladest, dann ist vielleicht eine andere Sache. Hier riskierst du an Urheberrechtsverletzung.

Ansonsten: der Server von kinox.to liegt ja nicht in Deutschland, sondern in Togo (oder was weiß ich) wo keine richtige Internetgesetze gibt. Dennoch ist die deutsche Rechtslage noch nicht fähig zu beurteilen, ob solche "Grauzone" wie kinox oder movie2k als illegal eingestuft werden kann oder nicht. Die Bundesregierung hat einfach noch kein Abkommen mit dortiger Regierung abgestimmt.
