My Name is XX. I was born at 20th August 19XX in XX. I live in XX 2 in the same city as I was born. I successfully absolved the O-levels at XXX. During my time at school I took an active part in a study group called communication and conversation.Focus was how to handle a complaint of a customer. Additional we practiced good manners and the faculty of speech. Since July 2009, I passed my O-levels in, I have been looking for the right job. I worked as a Promoter at XX in XX, as a customer service at Burger King in XX and as an assistant I worked for an angency for temporary work called XX in XX. I made extensive practical hands-on experience as a travel agent at ADAC Service- and travelagency in XX. Since then I have been working as an office help at XX in XX. My additional skills are German and Romanes as my mother tangues, many years English at school and I try to improve my English in reading literature.
