Hey also ich kann mich auch erinnern mal mit PSC gezahlt zu haben. Das restliche Geld sollte auf der PSC sein oder wenn du einfach dein PS Guthaben auflädst auf deinem Account sein. 

Am besten als Kunde anrufen, man gibt auch eigentlich das Passwort selbstständig ein.
