Woran kann das liegen?

Es hängt, nichts geht mehr. Kann es weder aus machen noch sonst was. Bildschirm bleibt auch so wie es ist. Geht gar nicht mehr aus. Nur whatsapp ist offen aber nichts tut sich. Akku ist nicht rausnehmbar
