Emergency call of disabled victim refused by "Paul" of Kapovaz in Bremerhaven.

Born disabled by clubfeet, root of nose torn off by massive header on behalf of "Paul" by a hired thug as "Paul" told me later, 1996, when I was asking him in his music pub Kapovaz. Emergency call refused, lost goals of previously damaged vocational training to become engineer in electronics nearby in Bremerhaven, 80s. I had unfortunately hidden a music cassette with an unrecoverable piece of music on the toilet tank so that it wouldn't be stolen in the pub and forgotten there. It must have fallen in. Then I went to...-one stood up and sent me away, one stayed seated-...and then I went to...-similar phenomenon there- How vehemently moreover so many, own stepparents included, must have blamed me for a consumption, they seemed to just could assume instead of at least support me doing any taxed job I could get after my lifetime work performance was taken by it ? As vehemently as in January 2015 after my preparations of an OEG (Victim Compensation Act) application. My daily sleeping time of two hours from 2021 to today emerged as a late effect of forced medication and they almost got me under lifelong compulsory care and a safety gate on the bed after not offering the slightest resistance against cumpulsory treatment by psychiatry in lower saxony. I went to an o....where the only one there I saw said "You can stay overnight in the hospital" and blackmailed me to deliver me to it. Have you ever tried to inform about causal facts before psychiatry wants to substantiate a forced diagnosis? My life has been ruined by compulsory treatment, and evidence must be presented. Starting with the fake drug test without a signature. Because there is compelling, overriding evidence that I didn't consume anything. No medication by regular controlling specialist doctor now. Unfortunately I am bisexual and like very skinny body shape, told it wrong people 80s/90s. Nobody can choose that. Character assassination permitted for certain people ? Later I told my allotment garden neighbor, that I had something with his stepson, but not what it was : In a very tired moment I lay on my couch there and his stepson, whom I had previously photographed half-naked dancing in my allotment garden as proof, sat down on my legs while saying : "Ich setz mich einfach auf dich rauf", opened my pants and did something with his hand. This is how I was "raped" by his stepson. Some people liked me so much, even though I worked hard and didn't use drugs, that they managed to ensure that I, as a victim of bone-breaking violence, was never helped, that friends who were informed about it turned away or even became enemies, that an application under the Victims' Compensation Act could not be submitted because I was still being forcibly treated in 2015, and that I was disinherited.
